What is the grace period?

The grace period is the time during which the bank does not charge interest on credit card purchases. This period does not apply to certain transactions, such as cash withdrawals, transfers, and quasi-cash transactions. This list also includes several exceptions when paying for purchases via QR code through the Faster Payments System (SBP).

The grace period is activated upon the first cashless purchase in a month if it meets the required conditions. The duration of the period depends on the card type. For the "120 days to the max" credit card, it lasts up to four months.
