Yes, internet access is not required to pay with a digital card. The card can be used on an Android phone via Mir Pay, even if you have run out of money on your phone account.

With an activated card, you will be able to perform transactions in full, open deposits and savings accounts.

Open the Uralsib Online app → select the card → tap it, the card will flip over → tap the card number and CVC (three-digit security code) to view them.

1. Choose a place and time to confirm your identity with our partner. This is how we make sure that you are the one receiving the card.
2. Confirm your identity. To do this, Uralsib's partner will take a photo of you with your passport.
   
3. Wait for an SMS offering to activate the card. The message usually arrives within a couple of hours after identity confirmation.
   
4. Open the app or the Uralsib Online web version and enter your phone number and the last 4 digits of your passport number.

   

You can use a digital card to pay for purchases:

• online;
• by QR code;

  
• with an Android phone via Mir Pay.
  

You can top up the card:

• By transfer from a card or account with a bank;
• Via an ATM using the Mir Pay app for Android. To do this, add the digital card to the Mir Pay app, select the required card, and hold your phone to the ATM.
  

You can also withdraw cash from the card via an ATM using the Mir Pay app.

A digital card is a regular debit card, but without plastic. It can be used for:

• Opening deposits and savings accounts without a debit card. 
• Paying for purchases online if you are not sure about the website and are concerned about your main account.
• Subscriptions and online services, so you can link the digital card to services and set a limit on it — funds will not be debited if you forget to disable an unnecessary service.
• Shared card use, so that your family members can pay for purchases.
• Contactless payment for purchases via Mir Pay on an Android phone.

Issuance and servicing of the digital card are free of charge.
