What actions should be taken if you disagree with a card transaction?

If you disagree with a card transaction, you may:

- submit an inquiry regarding disagreement with the transaction on The bank's website https://www.uralsib.ru/napishite-nam

or

- contact a branch of The bank within the card issuance branch network to obtain an Account statement and submit a claim of disagreement with the transaction

or

- call the hotline at 8 800 250-57-57
