After receiving the plastic card, wait for an SMS stating that you need to set a PIN code. This can be done in two ways:

• via onlinebanking or in the app:

To do this, go to online.uralsib.ru or open the bank's app. Select your card on the main screen. Go to the "About the card" section and click "Change PIN code". Follow the on-screen instructions.

• by phone:

Call the bank's toll-free hotline at 8 800 250 57 57. Set a new PIN code by following the operator's instructions.
