What to do if the bank has blocked a card under 115-FZ

Send to the bank documents confirming the lawful purpose and substance of the transactions being carried out, and wait for the results of their review.

The documents must be sent to the email address: service.zapros@uralsib.ru.

If the documents are provided and confirm the lawfulness of the transactions, following the results of their review the bank will unblock the card. The card will not be unblocked if, after reviewing the documents, the bank has made a negative decision.
