How long does it take for funds to be credited to a current account?

The time for funds to be credited to an account may range from several minutes to several business days. Much depends on the type of transfer (within the same bank or between different banks), the time of sending, the payment system used, and other conditions.

When using the Faster Payments System (SBP), funds are credited almost instantly. For standard interbank transfers, the period may be extended to up to 5 business days.
