An individual entrepreneur only needs to present a passport. If the account is being opened for a legal entity, the manager’s passport and a set of constituent documents will be required.

The bank will prepare all other required documents independently. You will only need to review and sign them. This can be done at any bank branch or during a meeting with the organization’s manager.

You can check your current account balance in one of the following ways:

• log in to your personal account or mobile app;
• request an Account statement for the account at a bank branch and check incoming transactions;
  
• enable SMS notifications to receive messages about each credit entry;
  
• call the Contact Center at 8 (800) 700-77-16.
  

If the transfer was sent to a closed account, the bank will not be able to process the transaction and will return the funds. The refund is usually received within 1–3 business days.

If the funds have still not been credited, it is recommended to contact the bank through which the payment was made. Check with the specialists whether the transaction can be cancelled.

The time for funds to be credited to an account may range from several minutes to several business days. Much depends on the type of transfer (within the same bank or between different banks), the time of sending, the payment system used, and other conditions.

When using the Faster Payments System (SBP), funds are credited almost instantly. For standard interbank transfers, the period may be extended to up to 5 business days.

The account holder may obtain a certificate of opened current accounts at a bank branch and through the Remote Banking Service system (Uralsib Online). The document will specify the number of accounts, their opening dates, and the currency.

The service is provided for a fee — the cost is determined depending on the tariff.
