Current account in Saratov

The fastest way to open an account is to submit an online application on the bank's official website. Enter your phone number and wait for a call from our manager. They will answer all your questions and help you choose a tariff.

After speaking with them, you will immediately receive the account details, which you can use to sign agreements with counterparties. Full access to Current Account Services will be available immediately after signing the main documents. 

The next step after opening an account is funding it. This can be done in several ways: 

• transfer funds from the account of an individual entrepreneur or legal entity;
• deposit cash at one of the bank's branches, the addresses of which can be found on the bank's website;
  
• send money using a business card via the bank's ATM or terminal;
  
• use the ATMs of our partners: VTB, Alfa-Bank, and Raiffeisenbank. 
  

The easiest way is to log in to the mobile app or your personal account. The balance will be displayed immediately on the main screen. 

Additionally, you can subscribe to the SMS notification service. You will receive a message each time your balance changes. You can arrange the service at one of the bank's branches.

If you do not have Internet access and notifications are not enabled, call the bank's support service or visit one of the branches. Our staff will promptly help resolve your issue.  

Another method is available only to cardholders who have linked their account to their card in advance. They can request their balance at any of the ATMs. 

A bank account may be closed for several reasons:

1. No activity: the client has not made any transactions on the account for 6 months;
2. Negative balance and no top-ups: the client has a negative balance or a zero balance, and there have been no top-ups for the last 6 months;
   
3. Suspected money laundering: the bank suspects that the client is using the account for illegal transactions;
   
4. Liquidation: the sole proprietor or legal entity has been liquidated.
   

In all of the above cases, except for the last one, the bank обязательно notifies the client of its decision. If there is money left in the account, it must be transferred to another bank or received in cash.

A client may open multiple Current Account Services in one or different banks. Such decisions are not governed or regulated by the laws of the Russian Federation.
