What documents are required to open a current account in Makhachkala?

An individual entrepreneur only needs to present a passport. Limited liability companies will need the passport of the head of the company and the incorporation documents. The bank will prepare the remaining papers required to open the account independently and provide them to you for review and signature.

If the right to manage funds in the account is transferred to another person, an order or power of attorney granting signing authority and the original passport of the representative are additionally required.

The bank has the right to request other documents within the framework of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and regulations of the Bank of Russia,  including Federal Law No. 115-FZ.
