There are several ways to find out the balance of a current account:

• Use the mobile app: the balance is displayed on the home page in a dedicated widget. 
• Go to Online banking: if the app is not installed, open your personal account through a browser.
  
• Call the hotline or visit a bank office: if you do not have internet access, you can call the bank's hotline or visit the nearest branch with your passport to obtain balance information.

Only the current account holder can obtain the certificate. This can be done in person at a Uralsib office or electronically through the remote banking service system (Uralsib Online). The document contains information about the accounts, their opening date, and currency. The cost of the certificate is determined in accordance with the tariffs & fees.
