An individual entrepreneur only needs to present a passport. Legal entities will need the director’s passport and incorporation documents.

If account management is delegated to another person, the following must be provided:

• an order or a notarized power of attorney granting the right to sign and dispose of funds;
• the passport of the authorized representative.
  

The bank independently prepares the remaining documents and provides them for signature after approval. In addition, the bank may request additional documents in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and regulations of the Bank of Russia.
