What limitations apply to the insurance program?

Limitations:

1. The Policyholder, its owners (and their relatives), and employees may not be beneficiaries. 
2. Damage to property owned by the policyholder (including under lease, leasing, etc.) is not considered an insured event. 
3. Companies engaged in the following types of activities may not be policyholders: warehouses, hotels, management companies, homeowners associations, fire-hazardous production.
