What is considered an insured event under the “Responsible Business. Express” program?
Covered risks: the occurrence of civil liability for causing damage to the property, health and/or life of third parties (i.e. insurance compensation may be received by the Insured’s clients/visitors, as well as sole proprietors and legal entities (companies that have suffered damage) not affiliated with the Insured).
The Policyholder, its owners (and their relatives), and employees may not be beneficiaries.
Damage to property owned by the policyholder (including under lease, leasing, etc.) is not considered an insured event.
Companies engaged in the following types of activities may not be policyholders: warehouses, hotels, management companies, homeowners associations, fire-hazardous production.
