Loan restructuring

Currently, the following loan restructuring options are available at The bank:

• Extension of the loan term;
• Deferral of principal repayment in full or in part;
• Loan refinancing;
• Refinancing of several loans of PJSC "Bank Uralsib" into one;
• Mortgage holidays in accordance with Federal Law No. 353-FZ dated December 21, 2013 "On Consumer Credit (Loan)", Article 6.1-1;
• Credit holidays in accordance with Federal Law No. 353-FZ dated December 21, 2013 "On Consumer Credit (Loan)", Article 6.1-2 (for all types of loans except mortgage loans);
• Credit holidays in accordance with Federal Law No. 377-FZ dated October 7, 2022 "On the Specifics of Fulfilling Obligations Under Credit Agreements (Loan Agreements) by Persons Called Up for Military Service Under Mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Persons Participating in the Special Military Operation, as well as Their Family Members, and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" (for all types of loans).

The restructuring option is selected individually for each loan agreement, taking into account the client's current financial condition and the status of the loan debt. To select the most suitable restructuring option, please contact the Bank's Restructuring Directorate.

How to apply for restructuring at PJSC "Bank Uralsib":

1. Call the single federal number 8 800 700 78 46 on business days from 7:00 to 16:00 Moscow time (the call is free within Russia). Our specialists will advise you on the restructuring terms and select a preliminary restructuring option.
2. Submit an application for restructuring at the nearest Bank Uralsib branch with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, as well as documents confirming changes in your financial situation (if available).
3. Submit an online restructuring application on the website.
