You can obtain a certificate using one of the methods specified in the Application (at your choice):

• in person at a bank branch
• to your email address (email). Please note that the email address specified in the Application must be registered with the bank
  

If you do not have a registered email address with the bank or its address has changed, please take the following steps:

• log in to Uralsib Online, go to the My Data section and enter the correct email
• or contact a bank branch
  

You can order a certificate for civil servants in one of the following ways:  

• in the Uralsib Online mobile app (for versions starting from 4.46; if you have an earlier version, update the app): 

log in to the mobile app, go to any card/account, and select the “Statements and Certificates” item in the “Management” section.  

• in the web version of online banking:

log in to online banking, go to any card/account, and select the “Statements and Certificates” section.

• if you need to obtain a certificate in paper form, you need to personally visit the nearest bank branch.
