How do I enable AutoPay?

AutoPay can be enabled in 2 ways. 

At the time of making a payment. 

After paying for the service in the app or Uralsib Online web version, select “Create template” - “Set up AutoPay”, choose the frequency, the payment start date, and the service validity period. Click “Create” to enable automatic payment.

 From transaction history. 

In Uralsib Online, on the “History” tab, find the payment for which you want to set up AutoPay, click the transaction, and select “Create” - “Set up AutoPay”. Specify the frequency, the payment start date, and the service validity period. Click “Create” to enable automatic payment.

How can I obtain documents confirming a payment made in Uralsib Online?

A document confirming a payment can be obtained in Uralsib Online. A receipt for a completed payment can be sent by email, WhatsApp, and other messengers. A payment made earlier can be found in the transaction history.

A receipt for a completed payment with a blue stamp has the same legal force as a document issued at a bank branch.

When paying for Housing and Utilities services in Uralsib Online, no fee is charged.
