The Total Cost of Credit is an important indicator that allows the Borrower to assess all expenses associated with obtaining and servicing a credit product.
The Total Cost of Credit includes not only the principal amount of debt and interest on the loan, but also various commissions and fees that may be charged by the bank. Such fees include:
– Fee for opening and maintaining an account;
– Fee for issuing and servicing the loan;
– Fee for early repayment of the loan;
– Fees for additional services (for example, Borrower life insurance).
Calculation of the Total Cost of Credit:
To calculate the Total Cost of Credit, it is necessary to take into account all the commissions and fees specified above. The formula for calculating the Total Cost of Credit is as follows:
The Total Cost of Credit = i * (1 + i)^n / (1 + i)^n - 1, where i is the annual interest rate, n is the loan term in years.

Income can be confirmed with one of the following documents:
1. Account statement from the Social Fund of Russia – the document can be ordered via the Gosuslugi portal
2. Income certificate in the bank’s form / Income certificate in the organization’s form – an alternative type of income certificate. You can download the approved form via the link and submit it to your accounting department for completion
3. 2-Personal Income Tax (PIT) certificate – to obtain the certificate, you need to contact your employer and request the document from the accounting department
4. Account statement for a payroll account with another bank showing credits for the last 12 months – income is considered provided that the statement indicates that the credit is salary payment
5. For the “self-employed” category – certificate of tax settlement status (income) for professional income tax
6. For the “individual entrepreneur” category – account statement from the individual entrepreneur’s current account with payment purpose indicated. In addition, documents confirming the income of Borrowers registered as individual entrepreneurs, as well as lawyers, notaries or other persons engaged in private practice, where another authorized person must act as the issuer of the relevant documents (signatory)
7. For the “pensioner” category – certificate of pension amount, or an account statement indicating the amount of pension payments received
