Who can participate in the promotion?

Only new clients of The bank may participate in the promotion: legally capable individuals aged 18 and over who are citizens of the Russian Federation, permanently residing in its territory and holding identity documents, who have not previously had cards opened, or for at least 12 months prior to submitting the application.
