How do I set a PIN for my card?

If you have arranged courier delivery of your card, you will need to set the PIN yourself:

Wait for an SMS from the bank informing you that you need to set a PIN for your card.

You can set the PIN in two ways:

1. After registering at online.uralsib.ru or in the bank's mobile app, tap your card on the home screen, then select the "About the card" menu item, and then tap "Change PIN".

2. Or call the bank's toll-free hotline from your mobile phone at 8 800 250 57 57 and follow the voice menu prompts. Follow the instructions over the phone. Enter the last four digits of your card.
