Who is eligible to get the “Pribyl” card with free servicing?

Legally capable individuals, citizens of the Russian Federation, who have reached the age of 18 and permanently reside in its territory, as well as having identity documents, who have applied for the “Pribyl” debit card for the first time or have not had any previously opened cards for at least 12 months before submitting the application.
