Who can participate in the promotion?

Only new clients of The bank may participate in the promotion: legally capable individuals who have reached the age of 18, are citizens of the Russian Federation and permanently reside in its territory, and also have identity documents, who have not previously had the Pribyl debit card opened, or for at least 12 months prior to submitting the application.
