No, not all of them. Below is a list of transactions that will not be counted:
- cash withdrawal via ATMs / cash withdrawal points;
- funding the Card Account by depositing cash or via bank transfer;
- transfer of funds to current, deposit and other accounts opened with The bank, as well as to all accounts opened by individuals with other credit institutions, investment companies, management companies, and non-state pension funds;
- debt repayment via cashless transfer from the Card Account;
- transfer of funds from a Card with the Program to a Card with the Program / a third-party bank card;
- payment of membership and other contributions to charitable organizations, political organizations, and civic associations;
- payment of taxes;
- payment for housing and utility services, cable television;
- payment for telecommunications services, mobile and landline communications;
- payment for services related to business activities;
- purchase of traveler's checks and/or lottery tickets, securities, precious metals, as well as transactions for payment of bets and wagers in casinos and other gambling establishments, including via the internet, top-up of “virtual wallets,” where the transaction has a “quasi-cash” attribute;
- payment of insurance premiums and contributions;
- payment for services made in the Uralsib Online remote banking system, via the online payment page: www.oplata.uralsib.ru, and via the bank's payment terminals;
- payment for goods, works and services at retail outlets (including on the Internet) made using a QR code identifier, as well as using the Faster Payments System (SBP);
- transactions not made during the promotion period;
- transactions that were subsequently canceled;
- transactions made as a result of fraudulent actions by the customer or third parties.
