How can I provide vehicle documents? Can this be done without visiting an office?

The client may send the documents independently or contact a branch of The bank. Scans of the documents must be sent to the mailbox zalog@uralsib.ru. 

“Subject line: Full name, Agreement number dated “date”

The attachment must include vehicle documents (Vehicle Registration Certificate (PTS) or Vehicle Registration Certificate (PTS)).
