What documents are required to open an account?

An LLC will need to provide:

• the original passport of the director;
• the charter or memorandum of association and amendments thereto;
• documents confirming the appointment of the director;
• an extract from the register or a similar document.

If the right to manage the account is transferred to another person, the following will be required:

• an order or power of attorney;
• the original passport of the authorized person.

The bank may request additional documents to comply with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation.
