How can I check my balance?

You can check your balance via:

• mobile app or personal account: the balance is displayed on the app home page and  in your personal account;
• phone: if you do not have internet access, call the bank's support service;
  
• SMS: if you have activated the SMS notification service, you will receive a message when your balance changes;
  
• ATM: if your card is linked to a current account, check your balance at an ATM.
