Current account in Tver

A certificate of open current accounts may only be obtained by the account holder. It will specify and include information about active accounts, their opening dates, and the currency. This document can be obtained in two ways:

• At a bank branch: contact a specialist to submit a request for issuance of the certificate.
• Through the remote banking system (Uralsib Online): order the certificate online at a time convenient for you.
  

The service is provided on a paid basis in accordance with the bank's current tariffs & fees. The choice of receipt method depends on your preferences. Obtaining the certificate through Uralsib Online helps save time, while visiting a branch is suitable if you need consultation.

In such situations, the money is usually returned to the sender automatically. This process takes from 1 to 3 business days.

If the refund is delayed, contact the bank through which the transfer was made. Specialists will check the transaction status and advise you.

There are several ways to find out your balance:

1. via the mobile app: your account status is displayed on the home page in the relevant widget;
2. in Online banking: if the app is unavailable, log in to your personal account via a browser;
   
3. by phone or at a bank branch: contact customer support via the bank's hotline or visit the nearest branch;
   
4. via SMS: if you have enabled the SMS notification service, notifications of any balance changes will be sent automatically.
   

Individual entrepreneurs will only need the original passport. Legal entities must prepare the original passport and constituent documents.

Opening an account will take just one business day if you promptly meet with a bank representative to complete the procedure. After signing all documents, you will receive access to all Current Account Services options. 

If it is not possible to complete the paperwork on the same day, this must be done within 14 days from the date of application. Until then, you will be able to use a limited list of Current Account Services.
