To open an account, an individual entrepreneur will only need a passport. A representative of an LLC must provide the company director's passport and the incorporation documents.

The bank will prepare all other documents required to open the account independently and provide them for review and signature.

You can check your account balance in several ways:

• go to the mobile app or your personal account, the balance will be displayed on the main page; 
• call the bank's hotline or visit a bank branch with your passport; 
• activate the SMS notification service so that you receive messages about balance changes.

The holder of a current account may obtain a certificate of active accounts during a personal visit to the bank or through the remote banking system (Uralsib Online).

The document will specify information on current accounts, their opening dates, and the currency used. The service is provided on a paid basis in accordance with the bank's tariffs and fees.

Opening an account is quick and takes just a few minutes. However, to carry out transactions, you need to sign an agreement with the bank.

After you submit your application, a representative will contact you and arrange a convenient time for a meeting. The documents must be signed within 14 calendar days from the date of application. Please try to complete the agreement as soon as possible to gain access to all the features of the current account.
