Current account in Perm

For LLCs and sole proprietors:

• Original passport 

For JSCs:

• Original passport of the head of the organization

• Charter/founding agreement and amendments thereto

• Documents confirming the election/appointment of the head and extension of powers

• Extract from the shareholder register/other similar document certifying the rights of share owners

If you authorize another person to manage funds in the account: 

• Order/Power of Attorney granting signature authority and authority to dispose of funds

• Original passport of the account signatory

The bank may request incorporation and other documents in order to comply with the laws of the Russian Federation and Bank of Russia regulations, including Federal Law No. 115-FZ.

The procedure takes just a couple of minutes. However, you can only get full account management capabilities after signing the documents.

We will prepare the required documents ourselves and deliver them to a place and time convenient for you. You have 14 calendar days after submitting the application to sign the documents. The sooner you complete the paperwork, the sooner you will get full access to the current account.

You can transfer money to Current Account Services in several ways:

• transfer from the account of an individual entrepreneur or LLC
• deposit cash through a cashier at one of the bank branches;
  
• use a business card to deposit funds via an ATM or terminal;
  
• use partner bank ATMs: VTB, Alfa-Bank and Raiffeisenbank.
  

It is easier and faster to top up the current account via the Faster Payments System (SBP). This usually takes just a few seconds. 

However, there are cases when crediting a regular bank transfer may take up to 5 days. For example, this may occur when crediting a regular bank transfer.

The processing speed of the transaction depends on several factors: the time of day, the type of payment, the payment system, and the type of transaction.

There are several ways to find out whether the money has been credited to the current account:

• check the balance via the mobile app or personal account;
• request an Account statement at one of the bank's branches;
  
• activate the SMS notification service;
  
• call the support service.
