Legal entities can open:

For sole proprietors, it is sufficient to provide a passport, and for LLCs — the director's passport and incorporation documents. The bank will prepare the remaining documents independently.

The certificate is issued through the remote banking service system (Uralsib Online) or at a bank branch. The document will contain information about all active accounts, their opening dates, and the currencies used. A fee for issuing the certificate is charged in accordance with the applicable tariff.
