Current account for legal entities

We will open the account free of charge. Detailed terms and conditions for current account service tariffs can be found on this page. To choose the optimal tariff, you need to assess your business turnover. Please note that discounts on the annual account maintenance fee apply when you prepay for several months.

1. Complete the online application. In a few minutes, you will receive a message with the account details on your mobile phone. You can provide them to your counterparties
2. In a few minutes, a bank employee will call you back. The manager will clarify the details and arrange a meeting with you to sign the current account service documents. You can also come and sign the documents at the bank yourself, if that is more convenient for you. We will open the account for you on the same day.
3. Sign the documents that will be delivered to you by an employee of our bank.

For LLC:

• Original passport 

For JSC:

• Original passport of the head of the organization

• Charter/founding agreement and amendments thereto

• Documents on the election/appointment of the head and extension of powers

• Extract from the shareholder register/other similar document certifying the rights of shareholders

If you grant another person authority to manage funds in the account: 

• Order/Power of Attorney granting signature authority and the right to dispose of funds

• Original passport of the account signatory

The bank may request constitutional and other documents to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation and regulations of the Bank of Russia, including Federal Law No. 115-FZ. The full list of documents is available via the link.

The entire process, from submitting an application to open an account to signing the agreement, takes place within one day, provided that you are able to meet with a bank employee to sign the agreement in the near future. 

Open a current account for business without visiting the bank or the tax office — we will submit all the necessary information to the Federal Tax Service ourselves within a few days after signing the agreement.
