Current account for transport companies

An individual entrepreneur only needs to present a passport. Legal entities must provide the passport of the head and the company's constituent documents.

If access to account management is granted to another person, the following will also be required:

• an order or a notarized power of attorney granting the right to sign and dispose of funds;
• the representative's passport.
  

All other documents are prepared by the bank independently and provided to you for signature after verification.

Opening a free account takes just a few minutes. First, submit an online application. Immediately after that, a bank representative will contact you to answer your questions and arrange the signing of documents.

The agreement must be executed within 14 calendar days from the date of application. As soon as you sign the documents, you will be able to use the account in full and make payments. The sooner you complete the paperwork, the sooner the account will become fully operational.

The law does not limit the number of current accounts for sole proprietors and legal entities. 

For example, a company may use one account to make transfers on more favorable terms, and another for cash transactions. It is also permitted to have several accounts within one bank. This may be convenient if the business has several areas of activity or branches that require separate financial accounting.

You can find out about incoming funds in various ways. Choose the one that is most convenient for you:

• log in to online banking or the mobile app; the balance will be displayed on the main screen;
• request an Account statement for the account; you can obtain it at any bank branch;
  
• activate SMS notifications; then you will receive messages about any movement of funds.
