• Minutes/decision on the appointment of the head of the Peasant Farm Enterprise.
  
• Passport of the head of the Peasant Farm Enterprise.
  
• Power of attorney (if the Peasant Farm Enterprise is represented by someone other than the head).
  

2. For a Peasant Farm Enterprise registered as an individual entrepreneur:

• Certificate of state registration of the individual entrepreneur.
• Certificate of tax registration with the tax authority.
  
• Passport of the individual entrepreneur.
  

3. Additional documents:

• Application form for opening an account.
• Signature specimen card and seal imprint (if available).
  
• Other documents required in accordance with the bank's requirements.
