What documents are required to open a store account?

For LLCs and sole proprietors:

• Original passport 

If you grant another person authority to manage funds in the account: 

• Order/Power of Attorney granting signing authority and the right to dispose of funds

• Original passport of the account signatory

The bank may request constituent and other documents to ensure compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the regulations of the Bank of Russia, including Federal Law No. 115-FZ.»
