Can a third party submit an application for Current Account Services?
Yes, any person may submit an application for Current Account Services.
However, only the business owner or their representative acting under a notarized power of attorney may sign the application for opening an account. This may be the owner's relative, the company's executive director, a lawyer, an accounting representative, and so on.
Charter/foundation agreement and amendments thereto
Documents on the election/appointment of the head and extension of powers
Extract from the shareholders' register/other similar document certifying the rights of share owners
If you grant another person authority to dispose of funds in the account:
Order/Power of Attorney granting the right to sign and dispose of funds
Original passport of the account signatory
The bank may request constituent and other documents in order to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation and regulations of the Bank of Russia, including Federal Law No. 115-FZ.»
