Reverse acquiring is a banking service that allows a business to transfer funds from its current account to the cards of individuals. The recipient does not need to open an account or install an app; it is sufficient to provide their card number. Funds are credited directly within a few seconds.
This format is suitable for regular and one-time payouts: buyouts of goods, compensation accruals, and other settlements with individuals.
The timeframes for connecting the service are determined individually and depend on the readiness of the documents and equipment. As a rule, the procedure takes several business days.
When connecting the “Reverse acquiring” service, the bank will provide you with a configured POS terminal and a MIR payment system card to carry out transactions.
Using the terminal, you can transfer funds from your card to an individual's card. Each transaction is confirmed by a receipt issued by the terminal.
First, fill out an application on the website.Within a few minutes, a bank representative will contact you to answer your questions and, if necessary, help you choose a tariff.
After that, you will receive the account details by SMS and email. They can be used immediately to execute agreements with counterparties. To gain access to all account features, you need to sign the documents at the bank or at a meeting with a bank specialist. The agreement must be executed within 14 calendar days from the date of application submission.
What documents are required to open a current account?
An individual entrepreneur will only need to present a passport. For an LLC, it is necessary to provide the director's passport and incorporation documents (charter, resolution/minutes on the establishment of the company). The bank will prepare the remaining documents independently, and the client will receive them for review and signature.
If the account will be managed by another person, the following will additionally be required:
power of attorney or an order granting signature authority;
employee's passport.
The bank is entitled to request additional documents in accordance with Federal Law No. 115-FZ. The full list is available via the link.
