What is a trusted phone number (TPN), what is required to verify a phone number?

A trusted phone number (TPN) is a mobile phone number confirmed by the bank and verified (checked and approved) by the client in accordance with the established procedure.

The TPN is intended for providing one-time passwords for the business card when making payments online, as well as for the ability to independently set a PIN code.

Confirmation and verification of the TPN is carried out:

• Using IVR — contact the bank's Business Remote Service Center by phone at 8 800 700-77-16
• When receiving the card at a bank branch — using a one-time password sent to the phone number specified as the TPN.

Only one mobile phone number of the business card holder may be set as the TPN
